You can reset your password by selecting I forgot my password on the Sign In screen.
You will see the Reset password screen. Enter your email address and click Reset password.
You will see the Password reset sent message. Click OK to close the message.
You will receive an email from Case Crafter Support with the subject, ‘Reset your Case Crafter password.’ Click the link in the email.
The Reset your password window is opened in your web browser. Enter a new password and click SAVE.
You will receive a message that your password has been changed. Return to the Case Crafter app to login.
