Files associated with a case are found on the Files tab when the case is opened.
Click on a file name to open it.
The file is opened in review mode.
Review tools are available in the header of the window for PDF files. See File Review Tools.
Other tools are available in the pane on the right side of the page for all files. See Other File Tools.
Click Present to present the file. NOTE: In order to present, you must have your device connected to an external monitor. See Present.
Search Files
You can search for text within files using the Search all files search bar. Enter the search text in the bar and press Enter on your keyboard.
Text in indexed files is searched, and matching files are displayed.
To clear the search box and results, click the X in the search bar.
The number of files found is displayed in the search bar, and the number of instances of the searched text found in each file is displayed next to the file name.
If a match is found within a file, when that file is opened, the matching text is highlighted.
